1) CONTENTshift startup club Breakfast

Start your first day at the fair with our startup breakfast. Connect with other members of our startup club and with the participants of the CONTENTshift accelerator. (Open for all startups)
2) Comic Round Table
When: 16 October 2019, 11-12 AM
Where: Frankfurt Book Fair, YogiTea Lesezelt, Agora
The German Publishers and Booksellers Association (Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels) and the Frankfurt Book Fair invite comic creators, such as retailers, publishers, illustrators or startups, to connect and discuss with us. We want to get to know you and learn which offers, memberships and events you would be interested in.
3) CONTENTshift FINALS AND AWARD SHOW
When: 17 October 2019, 4:15-6:00 PM
Where: Frankfurt Book Fair, Hall 4.1, ARTS+ Stage, M53
After the award ceremony of this year’s winner of the CONTENTshift accelerator, startups and industry players have the chance to network and exchange ideas in a casual atmosphere over drinks and snacks.
4) Icebreaker Networking
When: 18 October 2019, 2-4 PM
Where: Frankfurt Book Fair, Hall 3.1, Zentrum Börsenverein (Working Centre of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association), H 65
The pitch takes place at Forum Börsenverein. After the pitches the startups and industry players have the chance to network and exchange ideas in a casual atmosphere over drinks and snacks at the bar at Zentrum Börsenverein.

1) Edtech Startup Valley
When: 16th – 20th October 2019
Where: Frankfurt Book Fair, Hall 4.2, Startup Valley
FBM’s new Edtech Startup Area organized in collaboration with Eduvation, Frankfurt Book Fair, and additional partners.
For CONTENTshift startup club members and the finalists of the CONTENTshift accelerator only, there is the opportunity to present your business during the fair at ourCONTENTshift joint boothat a discounted price (500€ net). The booth is part of a cooperation with EDUvation in the Edtech Start-up Area, Hall 4.2, B79.

2) Workshop Area
When: 16th – 20th October 2019
Where: Frankfurt Book Fair, Hall 4.2, Workshop Area
Features Interactive workshops and edtech startup presentations on a variety of topics, but focusing on innovation in education.
3) Guided Tour (English)
When: 18 October, 1-2 PM
Where: Frankfurt Book Fair, starting point in Hall 4.2, B2
During the fair you will have the opportunity to join a guided tour (in English) throughout the fair by a book market expert. Not only will the tour introduce you to industry participants, but also allow time for networking. Please send us a short note if you want to join the tour.

4) THE ARTS+ European Innovation Day
